Cancellation
Reservations must be cancelled 3 days in advance of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the entire reservation will be charged.

Guest house location
Located between the city centre and the local hospital, Ayah Villa offers off street parking, busses to the city centre stop just cross the road, a park and ride three minutes walk away,  and a reliable taxi service gives our visitors easy access to all areas of Cambridge. Is one of the most beautiful and picturesque cities in Great Britain, with Historic buildings and the world famous University. We are confident that you will feel at home here. Special rates are available for stays of 6 days or more.

Room information
All are decorated and carpeted in neutral colours with modern furniture, TV, DVD, Satellite, Wi-Fi Internet Access, tea and coffee making facilities in each room with daily cleaning service, hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, 3 fresh towels per person. Ironing facilities are available on request.
